MENTAL HEALTH PRACTITIONERS (ARMHS) | Hybrid Role (Twin Cities Metro Area)

Metro Psychology Support Services is an Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services program (ARMHS) providing intensive rehabilitative services to clients aged 18+ with a mental health diagnosis. We are a consumer-led mental health recovery program focused on helping clients develop coping strategies, achieve personal goals, and connect with vital community resources. ROLE & REGIONAL FOCUS

This hybrid position combines in-person and telehealth sessions.

In-Person Visits: Serving adult clients living in Anoka, Washington, Hennepin, Dakota, Carver, and Ramsey counties.
Telehealth Coverage: Providing virtual care capability across any Minnesota county.

MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST meet all of the following core criteria:

• Educational Baseline: Hold a BA, BS, or higher degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Social Work.

• Experience Threshold: Must meet ONE of the following two professional experience requirements:

Completed a formal collegiate internship or practicum directly serving adults or children with a mental health diagnosis, OR
Acquired at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing direct services to individuals diagnosed with a mental illness, substance use disorder, traumatic brain injury, or developmental disability.

• Background Check: Successfully clear a background screening through the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).
